TWO COUNTRIES, ONE WORLD

Today I had a total of one visitor to my blog from two different countries…work that one out if you can. Perhaps he/she/it flew the twelve thousand miles in one day and took a look at my blog at each end of his/her/its journey, or perhaps he/she/it had some exotic form of schizophrenia. I’ve never suffered from schizophrenia-(oh yes you have, and it may well show in the following rant!)

125357664.exQUyuV0

If you started a new blog by writing about, say, Barack Hussein Obama’s “success” as a president you would probably get a large view count and some appreciative comments. If you diversified your content in succeeding posts, and strayed from the mainstream of politically acceptable thought, your response would increasingly be somewhat diminished.

If you then began to go out on a limb and expose some rather unconventional attitudes, you would be counting your viewers on two hands, or one. If you got rather deep and philosophical, and wrote at length about some meaty issues, more followers would fall by the way-side, and then if you described yourself as a Christian, and openly expressed beliefs which didn’t fit any sizable theological niche, but rather analyzed them critically, you would end up with a maximum grand total of two views a day.

I always did see much of life differently to the majority of people. And I don’t mean to say that in an intentionally rebellious or prideful way, like some who choose the antagonist as their hero, or those who listen to the most crass metal band or rap artist at wall-rattling volume simply because it successfully annoys the neighbors.

th

Christian faith-the fundamental variety-is growing ever-less acceptable in the West, and to make matters worse, within the Christian world there are innumerable divisions of interpretation. The longer I’ve been a Christian the more distant I’ve felt from my brothers and sisters, because I don’t fully endorse any one stream of acceptable thought. As one little example, to some I’m a second-class Christian and necessarily ineffective for God because I don’t speak in tongues.

The problem with having truly independent thought is that nobody else is interested in what you have to say. Oh they want to think of themselves as being independent, and being as loving as those who are independent, but they do it in a dependent sort of way. In this post-modern world people cook up weirdness for themselves just to show people how weird they are, but their weirdness is designed to impress people and so to make themselves acceptable to someone. The herd mentality is strong in human nature, and the cool dudes among humans know that they have to be cool in an acceptable way. Is following the herd a God-given trait? I don’ t think so.

Numerous aspects of my character and views and beliefs conspire to separate me from my fellow humans. It’s not as though I desire to be alone, but I find myself there anyway because no-one else sees things the way I do. Even if they agree with something I have to say, they’ll disagree vehemently with a lot of other things I think or like, or they’ll simply dislike me and stand well back. This is one of the symptoms of twenty-first century life: if you don’t fit any mold, you’re going to end up talking to yourself for company.

477px-Frankenstein's_monster_(Boris_Karloff)

I’ve always resisted the urge to follow everyone else just for the sake of having company. When they wanted to boogie-on down to the latest Bee-Gees song I couldn’t force myself to if I were paid to, because I didn’t like the Bee Gees. When they wanted to vote for Mrs. So-and-So I didn’t, because I didn’t agree with Mrs. So-and-So (is it illegal to use the title “Mrs” yet? If not, it soon will be).

I think that when I realized how hard it was to impress others (nigh-on impossible) at the age of about thirteen, I began to accept that I may as well just be me anyway and enjoy it. And how can you be true to others if you aren’t true to yourself? As someone on the radio today said, if saying the correct and needful thing to your kids for their good makes them hate you, then so be it.

The alternative to truly independent thought is to be captured to every fashion, whim, pressure, wind of thought, lie and just plain obnoxious idea or action being peddled by the popular, so that you either grow to actually agree with them, or spend a lifetime cringing and screaming inside.

mad

When it comes to tastes and preferences, I have to concur with the late Vivian Stanshall, who wrote, “Don’t think that I will smile at it, I’m not a weak-willed hypocrite”. Now, I’m not talking about rudeness. I’m talking about politely declining the experience of listening to John Doe’s latest album if I don’t like it; not blindly accepting Pastor X’s insightful pronouncements on salvation theology if I know them to be invalid, and not going along with the most current politically-correct view of gender if it’s blatantly false and ridiculous. I refuse to like something….if I don’t like it, and I refuse to agree with something…if I don’t agree with it. I can’t see the problem with that.

You see, contrary to some in the Christian world I don’t agree that God has not given us free will: I’m convinced that he has. I’m also convinced he’s given us all the potential to think our own thoughts and make up our own minds and to reason things out for ourselves. He’s made our characters as varied as all those millions of pieces of DNA in each cell, with their countless possible combinations-if we would only be true to our creation. His desire is for us to submit our will to his-without losing our individuality.

Of course, humans have always put each-other under pressure to conform. But the ultimate movement of conformity is under way in our time. World citizenry must begin with herding. Herding must be seemingly pleasant and helpful at first. The goal is unity: unity around the goals and plans devised and concocted by the herders. Herding must be controlled and directed by those who have the correct end-game in mind. Centralization and homogenization of all things, especially government, must include shared ideology, philosophy, tastes, and views. Hey look down the road…someone’s building a huge tower!

…or perhaps they know it’s not. Perhaps they just want to shape your view of things.

Evangelicals who discuss different angles of Bible prophecy often consider apparent references to the necessity of a Jewish temple being rebuilt before the start of the Tribulation. Here’s my own view…

REMAINS OF THE SECOND JEWISH TEMPLE, WITH ISLAMIC DOME OF THE ROCK BEHIND IT
All evangelical prophecy “experts” and buffs who are not amillennial see in Scripture talk of a rebuilt temple, which Antichrist will one day enter and claim to be God. I’ve struggled with the idea that there could be a rebuilt temple, given the firm Muslim control of the temple mount in our day, the unwillingness of most Israelis to upset the Muslim world by even considering a temple, and the total unwillingness of the US and Europe to aid those wanting a temple for the same reason. Be assured that I’m convinced God is fully able to bring his Word to fulfillment against all the odds, but I have considered alternative possibilities to a rebuilt temple.
Since Jesus said that the “abomination of desolation” would stand in the holy place and didn’t say “temple” (Matthew 24) I wondered if it may be that simple: that there will be no temple, but just AC standing on the spot where the holy of holies was situated. Not even Jews of today will stand on the spot for fear of desecrating it, even though there’s no temple there.
However, Paul’s reference to the event (2 Thess. 2:4) contains the word “temple”. It seems that all translations use the word “temple”, and the original Greek does say “temple”, not “holy place”. Evangelical Christians of past centuries believed that the word “temple” here refers to the hearts of members of the true Church, the Church being deceived by the Pope who, they were convinced, was Antichrist. But the elect cannot be deceived, and this interpretation necessitates allegorizing most or all Last Days prophesies, making them all unsure and intangible.

THE WESTERN WALL
It seems then that there are three remaining alternatives. One is that Paul was mistaken. He only thought that the prophecy Jesus mentioned, originally in the book of Daniel, with AC standing on the holy place, spoke of the literal temple which was still standing in Paul’s day. He should instead have directly quoted Jesus who said “holy place”. Paul, in this scenario, expected the destruction of the temple to come at the same time as the AC is revealed, when in fact its destruction by the Roman army came not long after his death, and the AC is yet future.
So was Paul mistaken? If so the entire New Testament on shaky ground. If Paul was wrong about this then the Holy Spirit did not breathe Truth into the Words of our NT as it claims; Paul’s letters are not Scripture as Peter said they were; Peter was wrong to say they were Scripture, and it’s all unreliable. It appears that there must be a temple on the temple mount in order for Biblical integrity to be maintained, and for prophecy to be fulfilled.
The temple likely cannot be built anywhere else without defying Scripture. The Temple Mount Faithful state that the spot where the holy of holies was is currently smack-dab in the middle of the Dome of the Rock, built seven hundred years after the temple was destroyed. The Dome is one of the most revered shrines in Islam. Indeed, any attempt to replace the Dome with a Jewish temple in present conditions would likely start WWIII.
The second possibility is propounded by Amir Tsarfati among others, which is that the Gog-Magog war spoken of in Ezekiel will be the next fulfillment of prophecy. The Islamic world will be greatly weakened by its defeat foretold in chapters 38 and 39, and the Israelis, finding their Bible to be coming to life once again, will be inspired and emboldened to build a temple on the spot where the Islamic Dome of the Rock now sits.
A third possibility to my mind is that AC will be somehow acceptable to the Muslims-possibly himself a Muslim-and will enter the Dome, stand on the spot where the holy of holies was, and make his “I am God” speech. This possibility fits with the present-day Islamification of Europe, also desired in the US by some on the left of the political spectrum. Could this scenario fit Islamic eschatology of the coming Mahdi? That’s a subject for another post.
NOTES
STRONG’S CONCORDANCE:
The word used by Paul here, and subsequently in the NT (3724) is defined thus:
…of the temple in Jerusalem; it generally denotes the temple building. Also used figuratively for the church as the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit.
Many of the remaining uses of 3724 in the NT do refer to non-corporeal temples: the Church, the temple in heaven, etc.
THE VIEW OF THE TEMPLE MOUNT FAITHFUL:
1,932 years after the destruction of the Second Temple, there are various theories as to the location of the Temple and the Holy of Holies. Some believe that the Temple was located north of the Dome of the Rock while others believe that it was south of the Dome of the Rock. Some of these theories are an attempt at compromise because of the actual situation that the rock is today located under the Dome of the Rock and because of a fear that the removal of the Dome of the Rock and the building of the Temple on this place could cause World War III. These theories do not take into account the fact that no compromise can be made with the Word of Gd Who assigned the location of the Temple and showed it in prophecy to King David.
The Third Temple can only be built on the same location which the Gd of Israel indicated to King David in prophecy and where the First and Second Temples were built. The Third Temple and the Holy of Holies cannot be relocated by even one centimeter to the north or south. Only Gd controls war and peace and the destiny of Israel. There is no doubt that Gd is testing Israel today on the Temple Mount, which is the key place in the world. Gd expects Israel to rebuild His house on the correct position on the Temple Mount with no fear of the Moslem enemy which, at the end of the seventh century CE, built the Dome of the Rock on the most holy place of the Gd and people of Israel and desecrated the hill of Gd and revolted against the Word of Gd. Gd promised the people of Israel that in the endtimes He would redeem His holy hill and Jerusalem together with the people and land of Israel and He would protect them and fight for them against the enemies who would try to prevent His prophetic endtime plans for Israel.

Evolutionists cite similarities between various animals, and between various plants, as evidence of our ancestry from single-celled creatures. The “evolutionary tree of life” depicts us all descending from the same one-celled creatures as jellyfish, elephants, butterflies and Venus fly-traps. None of these original single-celled creatures were ever observed, and none of their present-day counterparts and none of the tree’s “branch” entities has ever been observed to develop or evolve into anything else. But hope springs eternal in the minds of ardent atheists, and you’ve been sold a narrative designed to shape your entire world-view, and to destroy your faith.FISHAccording to the tree of life, which is, of necessity, nothing more than a diagram: an “artist’s interpretation” or “artist’s impression”, the more structural and genetic similarities organisms share, the more closely related they are and the closer they are on the Tree of Life (NOTE 1). Four-legged creatures are very closely related, as are two-legged varieties such as the “Great Apes” which classification includes humans.

But we all come from the same Designer: the same Creator. Some design features are common in similarly-shaped animals because they work well and because they have the same designer. What do evolutionists expect to see: five legs? Three eyes? Square hips made of wood? Two heads?

Experts have assured us that we humans have very similar DNA to chimpanzees, and that we and chimps are therefore closely related. This claim has been chipped away and exposed by creationist scientists who found bias in the use of data (see note 2 below).

Somewhat more distantly, two-legged, four-legged and no-legged animals are all related. Yes, your distant cousin is a jellyfish. So don’t be surprised if he has no back-bone.

Anyway, as the saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Is the conviction as great as the claim? I haven’t yet heard of any evolutionists marrying chimps, have you?

In these days of globalization immigration is a huge political and social issue. But why is it presented to us by the media as an “either-or” issue; a duty to either accept and embrace-hook line and sinker, or reject completely, and thereby have your character compared to that of Adolph Hitler’s?

img_4429067786defAn EU Council poster. Note the caption: “MANY TONGUES, ONE VOICE”

Since President Obama pushed open the floodgates for immigrants into the US, erasing the legal/illegal distinction, and instructing border security to “stand down” and just watch and facilitate the invasion of the US by anyone who wanted to enter, any opposition to illegal immigration has been labelled “racism” and “bigotry”. As in Europe, big media companies slap frightening titles such as “far right” and “extreme nationalism” onto any political figure daring to even question the wisdom of opening the doors to all who want to come into the West, whether they’re vetted or not.images (1)

However, not just in the US but in Europe also there’s a distinct flavor to this new one-world culture being surreptitiously foisted onto all of us. The following is a quote from the official document from a 1991 meeting which outlines the Muslim Brotherhood’s strategic goals for North America:

“The process of settlement is a ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’ with all the word means. The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers…” (NOTE 1).

Given the above, why did President Obama frequently entertain the Muslim Brotherhood in the White House? Why did he smooth the path to Iran’s development of nuclear weapons, and why did he sweeten the deal with a billion and a half dollars of US taxpayers’ money without congressional approval? Why did he support the MB takeover of Egypt, dressed up as an “Arab Spring” by the media, which led to an immediate onslaught on the Coptic Christian population, and a strict imposition of Sharia law? (NOTE 2). Why is the EU drawing in so many of that same cultural background into Europe- in fact millions of them-the great majority of which has no intention of assimilating?

Hillary Clinton’s aim was to maintain the legacy and goals of Obama. She was the globalists’ dream-the one who would continue Obama’s push. But the election of Trump upset the apple cart, and unleashed a world of hate and fury by the media and by establishment politicians-Democrat and Republican. Even media and politicians in Europe were screaming “foul”. Donald Trump rocked the establishment boat-the boat quietly but firmly taking us all down their globalist river. That “swamp” that Mr Trump promised to drain turned out to be a lot deeper and more stinky than even he expected, and it’s attempting to suck him under.download

On the other side of the Atlantic Europe continues to be changed into the image of a European “dream”, in which national identities and cultures are to be dissolved for a new one. And what will that new one be like? There’s no need to guess, because with mass immigration and the decline and fall of indigenous family and culture, population projections see Muslims as being the largest ethnic group within just a few decades in most EU countries.

The EU was intentionally founded to be a pre-global political organization. It’s a model and a stepping-stone for world government, in which national identities (but only those of the West) are erased. Europe and its planners cleverly knew that a top-down change would scare too many people at once. So what they did was maintain all the trappings of national government, and elections, while all the time superimposing global government on all. This of course is still in process, disguised as “sustainable development” and other euphemistic phrases.

In order to convince entire populations that what was happening was good for everyone and the only viable and desirable goal, education establishments and media giants continue to be shaped and manned to in turn shape the minds of the masses. And if we think we have no power at the ballot box now, dear reader, how will it be when our “leaders” have successfully thrown us into the pit of global government? If we think that politicians are out of touch now, and government entities impossibly monolithic and impervious, how will it be when one central power, somewhere, controls all things? Will our opinions matter then? The goal of global government; the aim of those promoting global citizenship, is that your individual rights will have no importance or relevance compared to your duty to the good of all. You will be like a worker ant: one of the many and totally dispensable.

To those of you who still think that world government is nothing more than the ridiculous conspiracy theory of semi-insane Christian fundamentalists, consider the United Nations organization, and UNESCO’s “Global Education First Initiative”. Knowing as Hitler did that the way to shape an entire nation was to “educate” its children your way, the GEFI is already at work in many schools in America and no doubt around the world. Point three of its three priorities in education is the following:

“FOSTER GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP” (NOTE 3).

Many of the goals of those promoting global citizenship appear to be good and wholesome. But who, for example, is going to decide exactly what “social injustice” is (note 4)? To liberals, social injustice includes the fact that there are too many white people, and that it “isn’t fair” that some people get paid more than others do. This is communism. And so communism can pass, to many peoples’ minds, as “social justice”. Who will set the rules? The Clintons, who “should” have been elected, to the minds of establishment politicians and media people, are so enamored with the idea of global citizenship that they offer a related award annually (note 5). Don’t bother to apply if you’re white.

download (1)(THE TOWER OF BABEL?)

The subject of monolithic organizations brings me to an interesting observation, already made by many, of the similarity between the modern West and ancient Babylon. Babel was the Biblical city in which man intended to unify under one flag, metaphorically speaking:

Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves lest we be dispersed over the face of the whole earth” (Genesis 11:4 ESV).

God had different plans. He did not want mankind to be united, because he knew that they would be united in opposition against him, which would be bad for them also. So he confused their language, and dispersed them over the face of the earth (verses 5 to 9). Mankind is currently attempting to reverse the work of God at Babel.

It’s incredible to discover that the EU likens itself in many ways to a successful remake of Babel, which of course is probably nothing more than a myth to its planners and architects. What isn’t a myth is their opposition to the Biblical God and his ways.

Also remarkable is the EU’s happy recognition of the mythical roots of Europe. According to a Greek myth dating back to at least the time of Homer’s Ilyad,  the god Zeus had the hots for Europa, the Phoenecian mother of King Minos of Crete. Zeus decided to seduce her. He transformed himself into a tame white bull, and managing to coax her onto his back he ran off to Crete with her.

20_euro_6

(EUROPA ON A TWENTY-EURO NOTE)

The continent of Europe is named after Europa (no surprise there eh?). The European Union has been feeling the hots for Europa also, and has honored her in many ways-on EU money, for example.

However, it’s not just Europa who is honored, but the entire myth also. Outside the EU Council building is a statue of a bull wildly galloping along while a naked woman clings to his back.

So what, you may ask? What’s the significance? Is there any significance to the EU council’s use of a well-known painting of Babel in their literature, and their statue of Zeus carrying naked Europa on a wild ride? Couldn’t it perhaps just be that some sarcastic artist/ designer was aware of the view of some in the evangelical world, and so he wanted to tweek their excitement as a little joke?

In the eyes of some fans of Bible prophecy, the myth and the statue are in close similarity and relationship to a reference in the book of Revelation, in which a woman-“Mystery Babylon”-is seen to ride a “beast”, the very beast destined to rule the earth economically, politically and militarily. (Revelation chapter 17). More than that, it is considered by the same students of eschatology that according to prophecies in Daniel and Revelation Europe is destined to be the final kingdom to rule the earth, making its unification most significant in the light of other apparent “signs” of the nearness of end-times events.

Obama warned of a “blood-bath” were “Brexit” to succeed (note 6).

I confess to having been once completely convinced that the EU entity was to be the kingdom of Antichrist. However, over several years I’ve modified my view of the situation somewhat.  I think the kingdom of the beast will/ already does extend overseas, if you get my drift. I also believe that the movement of vast numbers of Muslims into the West is part of an elite plan to weaken and water down the influence of Christianity, so that the architects of antichrist’s kingdom can work more easily.

Perhaps most interesting is the fact that the EU seeks to dismantle borders and to foster and promote world entities, and ultimately world government. Of course many in the US and around the world are on the world-governance bandwagon. It’s a fact which is compelling in relation to prophecies of world government, and especially that prophesied world government’s opposition to genuine Christianity and the nation of Israel. These facts meet in an incredible “coincidence”, if that’s all it is, but I don’ t think it is coincidence.

I certainly do not agree with the notion of a few wackos that Donald Trump is the antichrist for many reasons. One of those reasons is that he is hated, not loved, by the globalists, by the wealthy elite who pull all the strings-including the media strings- who wish to blend all the nations and ethnic groupings together, and who want to drag the world into an anti-Christian perversion of God’s creation. They are under the spirit of Antichrist, and they are opposed to Trump.

To keep those of you who have managed to read this far in a little suspense, I think my own expectations of Antichrist’s kingdom must be discussed in another post, this one being already monstrously long. Having said that, it’s my opinion that Europe is only a part of the last-days kingdom; a little warm-up for the real thing. According to two passages from Revelation, we cannot know the form of that kingdom in any clarity until the beginning of the last three and a half years:

And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings (or kingdoms) who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast (Revelation 17:12);

The beast was…allowed to exercise authority for three and a half years (13:5).
