Despite all the years of rhetoric, lies and hatred against Donald Trump, he’s been elected in a landslide victory. Can we live at peace now? Can we prosper? Can we move on and make the best of our world? Unfortunately, the record of human nature, the character of his enemies and of the word of God all give a very negative answer to these questions. Human potential is indeed great – but shackled by evil.

TWO-MINUTE HATERS
I came to the United States a few decades ago from Britain. I’ve remained in loose contact with several old friends, acquaintances and family members. I’ve observed with interest and disappointment that almost without exception they are Trump haters: they despise him. They are, over there as here, engaging in ongoing mockery as acidic as if Trump were Orwell’s Goldstein, and now he’s won the election they’re besides themselves with fear, disgust and mockery-and he isn’t even their president! Why? Where does this hatred come from? The initial answer has to be that his political opponents in the United States, and then the media in their pockets, got it started with incessant accusations and bile.
Did he raise food and energy costs? No, he lowered them in relation to income. Did he start wars? No, not one. Did he institute the surveillance state? No, Obama and Bush did that. Did he condone the killing of babies for any reason? No, that’s the speciality of the Democratic party: he fought against that. Did he oppose the unions? No, he created millions of jobs for working people. Was he racist in his policies? No, that was another invention to arouse hatred against him.
FROM THE TOP
The hatred started the moment Trump first announced his bid for the presidency in 2015, even before he’d outlined any policies, views or opinions. Suddenly, this very successful businessman who had been popular with the celebrities who quickly went on to rail against him, was the object of the most venomous rhetoric and scorn. He’s been accused of almost everything his enemies could cook up, including treason. Finally they tried assassination. Don’t imagine that that is over and done.
IGNORANT AMERICANS
Most recently, my “friends” and relatives, over five thousand miles away in another country and living under their own weak, clueless and corrupt regime, have literally no interest in what I, an American citizen and resident for decades have to say on the matter. They know best. They know it all, and I know nothing about the country I live in. They blindly assume it’s been terrible for me and my family and all the people around me to live under Trump’s presidency and his bid to return. They don’t know the truth at all, and strangely, they don’t want to know. They’ve been fed a steady diet of lies and propaganda, laced with severe and relentless mockery of him and his supporters.
Of course, the same is true of many millions of people in the United States who voted against him, but those are the millions of people who have by their views chosen to believe the lies, or who aren’t able to think for themselves and have only seen one side of the story. Without doubt, the “legacy” media is firmly in the employment of Trump’s enemies-those who hate all that he and his supporters stand for, and apparently all that the United States has stood for until recent years.
WHAT’S NEXT
Unfortunately, Trump’s landslide win will not stop the lies, the deception, the hatred, the division, the corruption, the bribery and the movement towards evil. Human nature is incurably corrupt. It’s “in the tank” for the ongoing rebellion against sanity, God and a just and peaceful civilization. We know that one day Christ will return and take control, but we don’t know exactly how things will play out for us all until then.
NOT A NATURAL PHENOMENON
It’s hard to think that this rabid hatred is born of misunderstanding: it cannot be. It all goes far deeper. We aren’t just experiencing a natural and healthy disagreement about how the country and the Western world should be run. There are surface and natural motivations for hating Trump and his supporters; there are under-the-surface motivations, and there is one, all-encompassing underlying force at work.
On the surface are the issues we all talk about and have strong opinions on: food and gas prices, whether we should all drive electric cars, what is the value or otherwise of millions of people coming over the border with no permission, whether or not abortion-the killing of viable human life-should be just another form of birth control. These issues are obviously very profound and significant, and the discussion around them is charged not only with passion but with disinformation, lies, deceit and peer pressure.
Below that is a deeper and darker force at work, and here I get a little more opinionated and emotionally charged myself. Ideologies and methods of power-grabbing are being pushed on us all. They include multi-culturalism, Marxism, globalism, centralization, radical agendas to de-populate the earth; a determined effort to de-Christianise the West; the continued push to dismantle godly morality and responsibility, and the rejection of the fact of absolute truth.
THE CULPRIT
At the core of this rot and destruction of all that is civilized and protective of the individual is the devil himself. His single motivation is to dethrone God. He knows he can’t do that literally, but he can do it in the minds of men and women, and that’s his goal. He, as Christ said, is the originator of all murder, lies and deception. He is ultimately the one dividing our nation and our people, and destroying the civilization which saw the greatest respect for God and human life in previous generations. It’s he who’s at work in our legacy media, in our political establishment, in the individuals driving it, and unfortunately, in the hearts of millions of people who are only too willing to shrug off the guide rails which allowed that civilization to flourish. He and they cannot win their shabby, sad, empty and hateful battle:
Why do the nations conspire
and the peoples plot in vain?
The kings of the earth rise up
and the rulers band together
against the Lord and against his anointed, saying,
“Let us break their chains
and throw off their shackles.” The One enthroned in heaven laughs;
the Lord scoffs at them. (Psalm 2:1-4).

Hello again.
When Trump was elected in 2016 I thought he was one of two bad choices. When so many started being critcial of him in such a vocal way I was very surprised, especially what was going on on the UK against him.
I came to realise that there was something else going on and by 2020 I thought that whatever faults he had, and the mainstream media made sure everybody knew about them whether true or not, he was for better or worse God’s man for the USA.
There are strange things afoot but I do know that evil and the evil ones are being exposed for what they really are.
And if I may, this is why COVID 19 came, the Great Deception, when the ‘flu was rebranded. My main article explaining why this is true.
