1: KILL YOUR TELEVISION!
The only vision some people have is their television…

Television takes your time, your mind, your money, your creativity and your imagination. It takes your children and turns them into God-haters. It takes your faith and trashes it with the most ridiculous lies about your origins.
It feeds you with every kind of evil under the sun. It makes you love violence, it makes you love immorality, and it makes you hate Truth.
It dopes and brainwashes you while the enemies of God and freedom ruin the world unhindered.
It amplifies your craving to impress. It makes you think your life should be different, your wife should be different, your car, your house, your job should be different. It makes you think that sin is not sin, that good is evil, and that evil is good.
It makes you want all the things you can never have. It waves them in front of your face and makes you sick with envy and desire.
Do yourself, your God and your family a favor: give them your time and your attention, instead of giving it to that heap of plastic and metal occupying your home and your mind.
2: THAT DREADED NAME
The other day an associate of mine expressed his hatred for a large bill-board advertising a local church. Its message was “hope”, and its object was Jesus. That’s the kind of thing that really makes him mad, he said. Such things shouldn’t be visible, they should be illegal.
Isn’t it strange that for the atheist-the man who alone can think “logically”, “scientifically” and “reasonably”-the one scary thing in the universe is not the fact that his nation is in debt to the tune of eighteen trillion dollars, not the fact that radical Islamists have made inroads all the way to the top of his nation’s political scene, not the knowledge that since the 1960s fifty-nine million babies have been legally aborted in the US alone, and not the thought of death with nothing beyond: it is the mention of the name “Jesus”, and of his followers, “Christians”.
Even the term “Christmas” is avoided like the plague.
Perhaps one of the greatest ironies of human history is that the day is coming when everyone-including the atheist-will have to acknowledge the name of Jesus, whether they like it or not:
“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him a name above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11).
3: FINALLY-I CAN AGREE WITH PRESIDENT OBAMA ON SOMETHING!
I finally found something I can agree with President Obama on. Taking after President Clinton, he’s designating several wilderness areas as National Monuments by that executive power he’s fallen so in love with (1).
I understand that conservatives wish to see all lands up for grabs and available for exploitation. But hey man, give me a home where the buffalo roam and the deer and the antelope play, not wall-to-wall fences, concrete, and “no trespassing” signs. I’ve travelled enough of these United States to be deeply saddened that so many beautiful and once-wild areas are now tamed, soiled, “owned”, and fenced off.
4: POLITICAL CORRECTNESS IS OFFENSIVE!
A ten-year old girl using a Disney website was recently asked what she thought the best thing about the “holidays” is.
“God, my family, my church and my friends,” was Lilly’s reply.
A pop-up soon appeared on her screen telling her to refrain from using offensive language:
“Please be nice!” the site exclaimed in red writing in response to Lilly entering “God” in her reply to the site-generated question (2).
5: GOOD AND EVIL: MAKE UP YOUR MIND DAWKINS
Mr. Richard Dawkins calls religion “evil”, yet asserts that there is no such thing as good or evil:
“Humans have always wondered about the meaning of life…life has no higher purpose than to perpetuate the survival of DNA…life has no design, no purpose, no evil and no good, nothing but blind pitiless indifference” (3).So which one is it? Surely, if there is no God, and no Creator, the answer is clear: good and evil are only what a society or an individual decides is good or evil. In this scenario, two cultures can have totally opposite views of what is good and what is evil, and both can be right…or wrong.
Isn’t it interesting that the evolutionist wishes to impose his view upon the rest of us: atheism is “good”, and faith is “evil”. He has hijacked Western thought from its view that faith in God is good, and replaced it with his own view which is the opposite.
6: WAS YOUR GREAT-GRAND-DADDY A LEMUR?
According to the “experts” we “may be” descended from a lemur-like creature (4). Isn’t that an insult to the lemur?
