Every two and half seconds, give or take a little, the national debt of the United States increases by one hundred thousand dollars (1). That's the money you and I owe, All of us are affected, even those who don't work. It's not the government's problem, because they thrive on spending our money.
How should we feel about the political state of our nation and our world? Anyone who has their eyes open can't fail to feel trepidation, disgust and frustration when looking at what our so-called "leaders", and our potential leaders, say and get up to. But perhaps there's another way of looking at things...
What is "far-right" about "Lord of the Rings", except in the rabid, seething hatred of an alleged news reporter? I'll tell you: it's dualism. It's the conviction that there are such things as absolute good and absolute evil; that the two are in complete opposition, and that the good can and will ultimately prevail.
The shooting of former President Trump was no surprise to many of us. Having seen the numerous rabid, evil, deceitful and hateful attempts to dispose of him politically over the past eight years, and knowing the next U.S. election is only three months away and that the current "president" is mentally incapable, what happened at that rally was the obvious next step of power-mad people in the shadows.
